“I AM” project… Week 3

Okay, I know the project is only in its 2nd week, but I’m really in need of help to prep for Week 3’s scripture: John 6:35 “The Jesus declared, ‘I am the bread of life.  He who comes to me will never go hungry,and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.’”

During today’s broadcast, we were discussing how that could be represented in a painting. Is it something literal like a communion scene?  (I’ve done one in the past.)  Or is it something more emotional, abstract and free form?  I know for some people its easy to think in very broad strokes while others may only have a very literal interpretation of the scripture.  I want it ALL! Why? You may not realize it, but those of you with very literal ideas actually help this creative thinker to stay grounded and narrow my ideas to something truly workable and less transcendental.

I WANT YOUR INPUT!! Truly I do! I’d love for us to have a true discussion on this. So, please leave your thoughts and don’t hesitate to comment on someone else’s idea!  With this, there are NO rights or wrongs!
